Call the TeamTalk Help desk (0800 101 900). TeamTalk will contact the principal Dealer who was responsible for arranging the installation and arrange for the radio to be looked at or simply take the radio to any authorised Tait Dealer. The Dealer must then advise TeamTalk it has dealt with a faulty radio and provide TeamTalk with appropriate serial numbers if the radio has been swapped. NOTE: warranty support is on a return-to-base basis (i.e. return to any Authorised Tait Dealer’s premises nationwide).

Your Tait Dealer will be responsible for resolving the problem. If the Dealer or subsequently the Tait national support centre advise TeamTalk a Combo radio has suffered physical damage caused by the Customer (or other damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty) then the Dealer follows the standard Tait process for non-warranty repair including receiving payment for any replacement equipment directly from the Customer.
